With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

THE LAST OF THE SAUSAGES

Many months ago, Dad found boxes of Hormel sausage on sale at Wal-Mart for .50 a box!  He bought all that was left -- about 6 cases!  Our freezer was filled to the brim with these sausages!  We have used them in soup, on pizza, for breakfast, and whatever else we could think of.
Well, the day finally came that we cooked the last box of sausages!
We had to take a picture of the event.
