There is a quote: "LIFE IS NOT ABOUT WAITING FOR THE STORMS TO PASS.... IT'S ABOUT LEARNING TO DANCE IN THE RAIN."
With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

NOVEMBER 9-15, 2014 -- A FINAL WEEK AT THE CLAWSON HOME

A FINAL WEEK AT THE CLAWSON HOME
November 9-15, 2014

Fun times being a grandma!!!  I got to bake cookies with my granddaughter!!!  So fun -- but I forgot Abigail didn't do eggs and I let her lick the spatula.  She started to get a little red around the mouth and I felt so, so bad!!!!  I gave her a lot of water and prayed it would go away.  My first Grandma panic moment.

We had a visit from Grandma Lavona Richardson, Aunt Rauna and Aunt Marlene and Uncle Mark.  It was a fun visit.  We fed the lunch and had a nice time reconnecting.  Gary Ellingson and Ray Richardson came by as well.
