A DOSE OF DAILY LIFE
September 22-28, 2014
I found a fun chocolate treat at the neighborhood market. "Healshe's" I'm sure are the cure for all the "she's" in the world. They are really good dipped in peanut butter!
David is ALL boy!
He likes to run up trees.
While walking down the street one day, we found a little girl sitting in the middle of the walkway take care of business. She was content. Her parents in the shop were content and we just kept on walking -- after I took a picture. Only in China.
Buying tights for the girls' uniforms
They are putting in new drainage behind the wet market
This is the cool way to weigh stuff at the market. No digital scales, just weights.
Our alley for shopping
We decided to try noodles here in the alley. They were quite good.
A Young Women's Activity at our house. The girls all made their own personal "Title of Liberty." It was fun to see what they came up with!
We had new neighbors move in behind us. I guess setting off fireworks is a way to ward off evil spirits of a new home. They sure set off a lot of fireworks before they moved in!
