With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

APRIL 24, 2014 -- FIRST DAY IN SUZHOU

FIRST DAY IN SUZHOU
APRIL 24, 2014

First this this first morning, I went out with a realtor to start looking for an apartment.  While I was gone, the kids took a walk and scouted out the area.
Here are some fun pictures from their adventures.

 
 We stayed in an area called Li Gong di.  It was really beautiful.  
Our hotel was right along this river.

After I looked at apartments, I found a Baozi shop very close to where we wanted to live.  I bought some baozi for everyone to try
 when I got back to the hotel.
