With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

APRIL 23, 2012 -- NEW RECIPES

BEEF STIR-FRY AND CINNAMON ROLLS
One of today's joys was trying 2 new recipes and having them both be a big hit with the family!!! We had "Beef Stir-Fry with Brown Sugar Glaze" for dinner with brown rice and then "Vanilla Pudding Cinnamon Rolls" for dessert!  These cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious!!!  Look for the recipe in my blog "Connie's File Cabinet" http://conniesfilecabinet.blogspot.com/ in the Table of Contents.

Vanilla Pudding Cinnamon Rolls with a Cream Cheese Frosting!
The most delicious Cinnamon Rolls I have ever eaten!

Mason wanted me to take a picture of his milk and cheese.  I threw in the huge cinnamon roll!
