With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

MEAT AT THE WET MARKET

It was time to try the meat at the market like the local Chinese do.  The meat lays out but it is amazing that there are not any flies.  We chose a piece of meat, asked them to grind it up and off we go with our ground pork in a small plastic bag.  We cook it up really well in hot oil and we haven't had a problem yet!!  It is a unique experience!!!
