With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

MAY 23, 2014: DATE NIGHT IN OLD TOWN

We had a date night planned with the Hiatts but Paula got sick so Seth took us to old town for some street food and Amy came too!  We all took ebikes and had a great time.  This area was jam packed with people -- mostly students from Suzhou University.  The noodles we had were delicious!
French Fries!!!!  I must bring Benjamin and Mason!

We took a basket and filled it with the veggies that we wanted and then told the man what meat we wanted and if we wanted an egg in it, too.  He fried it all up and served it to us in a bowl.  It was absolutely delicious!!!
