With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVID!!!  
You are growing up so fast!!!!
This is all that David wanted!  The company who makes this is called "Brick'em Young."  Clever.




Since we were moving to Wuzhong, we had to make sure we made David's birthday cake before we moved and lost our oven.  David loves those Lego toys so we of course needed a "Lego Cake."  We love you David!!!!  Happy #11!

We moved into our new home on Friday the 28th and then went to school registration on Saturday.  Richard moved in on Sunday the 30th and then the kids started school on August 31st.  It was quite a weekend.

OUR NEW HOME IN WUZHONG

We found a new house in Wuzhong that is super close to the new school where the kids will go starting next week.  The landlords didn't want to rent to us because we have so many kids, but we persisted and with a lot of help from our new friend Sam (from Idaho), we finally negotiated a deal and we were able to rent.  We are so excited and we feel so good about our move!!!
