With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

DAD'S SCOUT KICK-OFF
AUGUST 27, 2014

Within the first month of being here in China, Dad was asked by our Branch leadership to take over the local scout troop.  Wow!  Two other fathers in our branch are going to help by working with the 11-12 year olds and Dad will lead the older boys.  Dad is doing a great job organizing and planning the troop activities and leading the boys.  Tonight was the informational meeting and the kick off for the year!!!  We have a super dad!!!
