MOTHER'S DAY
Today was a nice Mother's Day. Vernon is still in Australia, but they called and I was able to talk to Alison, Robert, Rebecca and Daniel! They have had a great time in Sydney! The others kids at home were easy going and it was a slow and relaxing day. I taught the Young Women's lesson today and learned so much! After church, I ran over to watch the final performance of "HONK." It was very enjoyable for me to sit and watch my children, Benjamin & Bethany, perform!
With the travels of our family this May, I decided to purchase my own Mother's Day presents and then shared great "Thank Yous" to Vernon and the kids! :) This "tent" will work very well with my 2 new camping chairs that I got for my birthday! I am set for a summer by the pool with the kids and at girl's camp! I have to stay covered and shaded with all the skin cancer problems that I have!
Probably, the most beneficial gift I received with a quick medical response from my doctor/stake president and his wife. I finally realized why I had been so dumpy all week and had slept so much during the day -- every day!!! Dr. Bradford called me in a prescription for a yeast infection and life has gone upward and improved ever since!!!
