With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

MAY 22, 2012 -- 5TH GRADE GRADUATION

BETHANY'S 5TH GRADE GRADUATION

Today was Bethany's 5th grade graduation.  We missed Matthew because he is in Arizona with Uncle Joel and Aunt Janell.  Bethany had a solo part in one of the songs, earned the Presidential Academic Award, and was lovely!!!  It was a fun celebration!

Dr. Stark, Vandergriff Principal, is really a fantastic leader!


Bethany receives her "Presdential Academic Award" for having a 3.8 GPA or above and for scoring in the advanced range on the Benchmark testing.

Bethany says, "Thanks Dad and Mom for giving all the amazing opportunities you have given me!"
