There is a quote: "LIFE IS NOT ABOUT WAITING FOR THE STORMS TO PASS.... IT'S ABOUT LEARNING TO DANCE IN THE RAIN."
With 12 children and 5 adopted from Russia, we have had challenges and trials along with our joys. We have decided that we must
learn how to "dance in the rain." We must notice and acknowledge the joys and miracles in our lives.
They exist daily -- we just need to make sure we do not miss them!! This blog is to remind us of these miracles and joys!

FEBRUARY 6, 2015 -- FEBRUARY FLIGHT DAY #12

PENANG DAY #7
FEBRUARY 6, 2015

This morning, we were up and headed to the bus station via the Indian Food Restaurant to pick up our Roti Pasan that we had ordered and paid for last night.  This was our breakfast with bananas as we waited for bus 401E to come and take us to the airport.  It was about a 30-45 minutes ride to the airport and we started our trek to Kuala Lumpur.  We are getting pretty good at going through security and we have a good buddy system going.

We arrived in KL and found the driver that we arranged and were off to the hostel.  Our arranged driver was cheaper than the subway/train into town. We had a bit of a trick finding the hostel since there are 2 with the same name.  Amy and I had seen the “Sumbmarine Guesthouse” during our last visit, but come to find out it wasn’t the correct one but we luckily got it sorted out and our driver took us to the right location which was nearby and right by Central Market.  We climbed the 3 flights of stairs and got all checked in and settled and then went out to find food.  We walked up and down the pedestrian walk at the side of the market and were just about decided to settle for KFC when Amy and Kelli found an Indian food restaurant and we all jumped for joy.  It was great to see the kids choose Roti, local fried chicken and Nan bread over KFC!!!  We had great food and then we went wandering in Central Market.  We finally found the fish spa that Robert and Alison had recommended and most everyone tried it out.  We have great video of the chuckles and laughter from those being tickled by the sucking fish!  It was a fun event.  We went back to our hostel and had some time to relax and watch some Netflix.
