MAY 1-2, 2015
Friday morning, early, the Okeson driver came by
to pick up our crew of 6 to go to Youth Conference. Melissa, Amy, Rebecca, Benjamin, Rachel and
Bethany all headed off for Shanghai. The
theme of the conference was about “Seeking” and learning through the scriptures
and how to answer questions. I have
heard great things from our kids regarding what they learned and of stories and
activities that took place. It was a
great conference! I also heard the food
was really good, too.
While the teenagers were gone, Dad and I were home
with the younger 3 boys and Joseph.
Friday was no school but we did some work here at home. Daniel is at home now for school since he was
expelled for stealing so he did school work for part of the day. David and Mason played well together. Joseph took the boys to the plaza area near
our home to play and fly helicopters. In
the afternoon, Dad took the boys to buy kites and they had fun flying them.
